Privacy notice template
This page is a starting point supplied with the template. It describes the behaviour of the preview build as currently implemented, and marks every place where your own business information is required.
Template notice — Replace this page with a legally reviewed privacy policy that accurately reflects your production website, company and data practices.
1. Data collected in this preview build
The template is a front-end website with no backend, no user accounts and no database. As shipped, it does not create a profile of you, and it does not transmit personal data to the site owner.
Your hosting provider or CDN may independently record standard server request information such as IP address, user agent and requested URL. That processing is governed by your host's terms, not by this page — describe it here once you know which provider you use.
2. Demo forms and submission behaviour
The contact and demo-request forms collect only what you type into them: name, work email, company, and the free-text fields shown on each form.
- In the preview build no submission endpoint is configured. Validation runs in your browser and the form reports that it is in demo mode; the entered values are not sent, stored or logged anywhere.
- If the site owner configures a form endpoint, submissions are sent as JSON to that endpoint. From that point onward, handling, storage and retention are governed by the operator's own policy and by the endpoint provider.
- This page must be updated to name that provider and describe retention before the forms are used in production.
3. Browser storage and cookies
The pages of this website do not set cookies, and do not write to localStorage or sessionStorage. Interactive states such as selected tabs, pricing toggles and the simulated call exist only in memory for the duration of the page view and are discarded on reload.
If you enable additional components or services that do set cookies or persistent storage, disclose them here and add any consent mechanism your jurisdiction requires.
4. Analytics and tracking
No analytics, tag manager, advertising pixel or session-recording script is included in this build. Nothing on these pages profiles visitors or tracks them across sites.
If you add analytics later, list the provider, its purpose, the data it collects and how visitors can opt out.
5. Third-party services
Third-party product names shown across the site illustrate integration categories and do not imply partnership, endorsement, or a working connection. No data is exchanged with those products from this website. The Inter typeface is bundled with this template and is not requested from an external font provider.
Any real third parties involved in your production deployment — hosting, form processing, email, CRM, analytics — should be listed here with their role.
6. Before you use this in production
- Have a qualified adviser review a privacy policy written for your company, product and markets.
- Confirm the actual data flows in your deployment, including hosting logs, form endpoints and any service you add.
- Document retention periods, security measures and how people can contact you about their data.
- Add any consent, cookie-banner or disclosure mechanism your jurisdiction requires.
- Do not restate compliance with any specific regulation or standard unless you have independently verified it.
This template makes no claim of compliance with any privacy law, framework or certification scheme.
